Our Probate Practice
If you have been named executor, administrator or personal representative of the estate of a friend or family member, we can help you meet the requirements of the probate process and successfully settle the estate. We will work with you to complete an inventory of the assets of the estate, obtain property valuations when necessary, pay all final debts and taxes of the estate, and oversee the orderly distribution of the assets of the estate.
